The double-deck rotor feeder is composed of a measuring feeder body, double-deck rotors, a feeder frame, a support device, speed and load cell measuring devices, and a control system.
Building upon mature rotor feeder technology and adapted to the characteristics of powdery materials, the rotor structure has been innovatively improved through a double-deck design. This configuration achieves physical accumulation and sealing of the powder, completely locking in the pulverized material and air. Consequently, it solves the material flushing problem often encountered when using a single-layer rotor to measure powder.
